Description
This door looks like it long ago went off-kilter in this old pioneer town in Jefferson County, Oklahoma. Not many businesses on the Main Street of Ryan, most were long ago boarded up or closed. It's a shame as it would be a great community to see come back to life. I did a quick search and there's about 2,000 vehicles and semi-trucks that go through this community daily. It is located on US 81, south of Duncan about 45 minutes. It's been about three years since I drove down there and I was sad to see its local drugstore and soda fountain was closed.
The rockwork on this old building is incredible and that door was definitely a work of craftsmanship in its day. I'm guessing this building dates to the late 1800s. Gives historical authenticity to "built by hand."
Population of Ryan is around 800. Ryan sits on the legendary historic Chisholm Trail. It is also the birthplace of Chuck Norris.

Trivia: the term "off-kelter" dates to the 1600s, origin unknown.
