A tornado-warned storm approaches Duncan, Oklahoma, May 28, 2015. During May, more than 122 tornadoes were recorded through May 25, with 75 of those from May 22-25. It was also one of the wettest months of May recorded in history, since 1890.

I stayed out there for as long as I dared. When the sirens sounded and friends started blowing up my phone about it from the west (what you are seeing in this image) - I decided it was time to head back into town (east) and barely made it home before it really opened up. Thanks Suzanne!
