I almost titled this He sells oranges and onions, but Preacher Roadside Farmer was more appropriate. As we traveled through the backroads of Florida looking for interesting places, we found this fellow who was most delightful and had plenty of stories to share. We even bought a Bible from him. Forget the tourist shops, this is the way to see America.

I have a thousand photos that I shot during vacation to Florida that year, mostly landscapes of the Gulf County/Apalachicola region. Yet, it was on the journey of our trip to Crescent City when we spied this man on a Sunday morning. He was setting up his roadside stand, somewhere along the Interlachen area.
