Description
The power of the world works in circles. A Native American belief, and tipis, also known as teepees and tepee, are designed in a circular manner, which also helps deflect the wind. This is important in a high wind area such as the Great Plains of Oklahoma.
Several tepees were on display during an annual hot air balloon festival at Anadarko, Oklahoma, October 23, 2021. Wind was definitely a factor on this afternoon.
