Description
Clouds build as the sun sets, showing the dramatic impact the storm hints at, on a hot summer day in August 2017.
Producing heavy rains and flooding in the Oklahoma City metro region and toward Tulsa, this storm was a soaker. News reports indicated some people had to be rescued in the flooded areas.
